Hello.
Remember us?
You know. The couple that started this blog and podcast.
Yeah, we’re still alive. Yeah! <insert cheers>
We promise we’ve been busy blogging. Just not here. 🙁
In fact….we have a VERY big announcement. If you want the skinny, check out the latest podcast.
Warning: some of you are going to be disappointed. How’s that for a teaser? Ha!
Hope you enjoy it!
P.S.
For those that listen to the show, it’s been a blast!
I have been looking forward to this announcement for quite some time… Jeff has been hinting at it. Pretty sure I know what it is going to be, but will check the podcast.
Good luck in your new venture!

I have missed your podcast and hope you guys are going to resume soon. However, I know you have busy lives.
Bummer. I’m not married anymore and have no desire to ever be married so I guess this new podcast isn’t for me.
Sorry, Cathy. I hoped you got some value from some of our previous material. Thanks for being a reader up to this point. Cheers!
Very excited for this new direction! Can’t wait to read some great posts from you on marriage.
Coming soon Elizabeth. 🙂
Love the new direction!
Thanks Melissa!
Yay! This is so exciting, I love listening to you guys for blogging advice and I can’t wait to listen to your marriage design material!
Thanks so much, Holly!
Excited for you guys! Looking forward to the new site. When does it launch?
@ Talaat and Tai We’re almost done with the site design which has taken a bit longer than we initially had hoped. Either the end of this month or early Oct for sure.
So VERY soon! 🙂
Good luck on your new direction!! I first found House of Rose. I liked reading about Mandy and her decorating. But it was always the most fun reading her posts on Facebook about you, her and the boys. One of the cutest families I “know”! I’m an Interior Designer and blogger myself, so I loved the income reports. They were inspiring. But in the end you have to do what you love and I think marriage design is the perfect next step for the two of you!
Congrats guys! It’s all about following your heart and passion. Can’t wait to check it out!
You know, I think this new chapter will be absolutely amazing. What is the best way to teach our children? By living and teaching through example. Sharing your marriage and experiences takes a lot of courage but it’s also so needed, especially in today’s culture where divorce is as normal as getting a glass of water to quench thirst. Biblical marriage needs to be practiced and seen so that others have a resource to come to. Of course the bible is our ultimate road map to a successful marriage but what you and Mandy have going is pretty stinking cool. Excited to listen to the podcast and continue to follow your blog(s).
Thank for all the great tips and suggestions! I helped my wife start a website/blog and having limited HTML/Web experience. You guys rock and I really am looking to follow your marriage blog/podcast. The topic of marriage and creating a harmonious relationship in the midst of kids, work, and general life stress is a forgotten topic in our society. Looking forward to it!
I think this sounds like an awesome idea. Looking forward to it all!
Looking forward to it! Hate I’m going to miss you guys (is Mandy going?) at Fincon this year, AGAIN. But you guys rock <3
@Briana Bummer! Yup, we’re both going and we’re both speaking on a separate panel. How she pulled off speaking at a financial blogger conference I’ll never know. LOl!
I really admire your ability to step back and evaluate. That, in itself, will be so helpful to people. I’m confident that you’ll have success and hopefully satisfaction in whatever you ultimately decide to do. Marriage is a limitless source of topics and I know you’ll help and inspire people about that as well.
You did surprise me, though. I figured you were expecting.
Go for it!
Hey guys! Nate and I just listened to this, needless to say we are quite intrigued. You two continue to inspire us. Good luck with your new venture together!!!
This is great Jeff and Mandy!! I can’t wait to share the news with my hubby Richard. 🙂 Congrats and good luck, we’re still with you guys.
This is very exciting! My husband & I have led a marriage ministry at our church for 13 years now (He is pastor over couples ministry) & we find there is such a need for others to feel they’re not alone in their struggles, or even in their triumphs. Strong marriages make strong families, which in turn, make strong communities. Blessings to you as you begin this new endeavor. I’m sure it’ll be awesome.
Excited that you both are following your passion! I look forward to all the things I can continue to learn from you both!
Have to say I thought for sure it was a pregnancy or an adoption announcement. But…….looking forward to the topic of marriage design!
Sounds great! We need more marriage inspiration in this world! Sure it will be a great venture!
I only just discovered your awesome material and now this?! That is exciting- I should check out your marriage tips too!
