There are some great marriage blogs out there.
Seriously.
In fact, there are a few in this list that have truly inspired the blog you’re reading right now.
We’ve been blogging about our family and relationship for a bit, but we’ve learned a lot from each of these marriage blogs.
Whether you’re looking to put a little spice back into your relationship, are wondering how to resolve conflicts, or just want to see how a few other great couples do marriage, here are our top marriage blog picks.
By the way, these aren’t in any particular order, we love them all!
Dive in and make your marriage so much more.
1. Marriage 365
When Casey and Meygan’s parents had a grand total of eight divorces, they say that you’d think they would be the harshest critics of marriage. But they admit their first three years of marriage were pretty rough.
They decided it was time for a change. Surrounding themselves with mentors, they navigated the difficulties in their marriage and strengthened it.
Transparent and honest, Casey and Meygan’s website, Marriage365.org, is filled with advice for finding hope for your marriage and all kinds of ways to “date” your spouse again.
2. Fierce Marriage
Married for over a decade, Ryan and Selena first started their blog to help them process through marriage’s trials as well as celebrate its joys. It’s become an amazing resource for every couple!
Christ is the center of their marriage, and their editorial/journalistic writing style makes their work fun to read.
They love to write about timeless truths about love, family, and marriage . . . and they stress that there’s no quick fix to marital issues. You can read much more at FierceMarriage.com – they even have special sections just for men and just for women!
3. Unveiled Wife
Are you a wife? Jennifer Smith is, and she started her personal blog to share with other wives the struggles and the healing she encountered in her first few years of marriage.
Her goal? To create an atmosphere where women feel safe to share their marriage experiences, find encouragement, and affirm each other. She does that by being very transparent on her blog about her own life. Read her blog, you’ll be impressed!
She also has some great testimonials from her community including topics on healing in marriage – and she shares some great ways to grow your faith too. Check out UnveiledWife.com/Blog for more articles.
4. Simple Marriage
Dr. Corey Allen is a Marriage and Family Therapist and a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Ph.D. in Family Therapy. When he has something to say, you should listen!
His mission is to help you and your spouse to grow deeper spiritually, keep it simple, be passionate, live in community with others, and enjoy the ride!
Whether you’re wondering how to deal with an angry spouse or want to figure out what’s wrong and fix it, you can learn about those topics and more on his blog at SimpleMarriage.net/Blog.
5. #StayMarried
Michelle and Tony have witnessed innumerable couples separate and divorce. It was devastating to them, and kept Michelle up at night – literally! So she began to tweet about marriage using the hashtag #staymarried simply to encourage a few other couples that she knew.
The response? Overwhelming!
As she wrote more, she got more sleep – and a whole lot of feedback and thankfulness from her fans. Michelle and Tony then started a blog where they talk about everything from new ways to appreciate physical affection to little ways to build your marriage. You can read more at StayMarriedBlog.com/Blog.
6. Happy Wives Club
Fawn and her husband Keith both work for their bread and butter, but they continue to keep the fire lit in their marriage. They push back against the media versions of unhappy wives from shows like Stepford Wives, Desperate Housewives, The Real Housewives, and others to experience joy instead of sorrow.
Fawn believes there are millions of wives all over the world just like her and she’s determined to find them and give a voice to this seemingly rare joy wives can have that is “conveniently missing from all forms of media and entertainment.” So true.
Whether you’re looking for stay-at-home date night ideas or some fun ways to surprise your husband, you’ll find all kinds of ways to improve your marriage and become a very happy wife. Check out Fawn’s blog at HappyWivesClub.com.
7. RefineUs
Justin and Trish . . . wow, these guys are inspirational. They started RefineUs Ministries using their story of failure, loss, and transformation to guide individuals, couples, churches, pastors, pastor’s wives, and church planters toward a healthy marriage and family.
They have gone through a particularly difficult season, and made it out on the other side with strength. Way to go you two!
You can read more about their story at and some great blogs posts over at RefineUs.org/Blog – be sure to check out Four Choices That Will Improve Any Marriage and Why You Shouldn’t Say, “I’m Sorry.”
8. Married & Young
Jamal and Natasha want to share their marriage journey with you – and it’s their mission to decrease the divorce rate in the world by helping singles, those courting, the engaged, and newly married couples build a solid foundation for a successful and Godly marriage!
They cover a variety of topics on their marriage blog, and even topics that can certainly affect marriage such as the pros and cons of purchasing a new home or an old home.
They have a lot of writers offering input, and it’s great to see they’re open to a variety of perspectives on marriage.

Honorable Mention: Marriage More
Alright, you know we had to throw ourselves into the mix. Like many of the couples we’ve previously mentioned, we admit we’re not perfect. We have our ups and downs, but you know what? We’ve learned how to love each other unconditionally. Isn’t that what it’s all about?
We are so excited about our marriage blog rebrand. That’s right, we’ve been blogging about our marriage and family for some time now (previously at our old site Dollars and Roses), but our rebrand is focused on how you can improve your marriage – and we’ll share some of the lessons we’re learning along the way.
So whether you’re looking for more intimacy, more adventures, living better, or some spiritual help (through Jesus, of course), you can learn how we’re challenging ourselves and how you can challenge your marriage to become so much more. Check out our articles at houseofroseblog.com/Blog.
