One of the hardest parts about exercising for me is GETTING TO THE GYM. I usually have a hundred million excuses on why I don’t have time.
My favorite part about The Spouse Fit Challenge is that it’s something you can do from HOME and it’s only 30 minutes a day. We all have 30 minutes, right?
We challenged ourselves to so the 21 Day Fix workout (day 22 was a day to celebrate) and we were shocked how much your body and mind can change in such a short time frame.
